Product overview
The QTY Series Automatic Block Production Lines provide scalable solutions for manufacturing hollow blocks, solid bricks, logo bricks, pavers, hollow bricks, I-shape pavers, road tiles, kerbstones, edging blocks, drainage blocks and grass paving blocks. Each model combines platform vibration, hydraulic operation, high vibration force and an interchangeable mould system. Customers can select a suitable model according to the required production capacity, available factory space, pallet size and project investment. The series ranges from the compact QTY8-15 with 45 kW motor power to the industrial QTY20-15 with 90 kW motor power and 150-160 kN exciting force. NewTech Engineering Ltd. provides production line planning, installation guidance, operator training and after-sales technical support.
