Product overview
The QT2-25B/C Automatic Block Production Line is designed for medium to large-scale concrete block manufacturing plants. The machine combines 21 MPa rated hydraulic pressure with a 30–40 kN vibration system to produce strong, uniform and accurately shaped concrete products. By changing the mould, the production line can manufacture hollow blocks, solid logo blocks, solid bricks, paver blocks, hollow bricks, I-shape pavers, road tiles and curbstones. Depending on the mould configuration and product size, the machine can produce up to 1,728 solid blocks per hour. The machine features an 18.5 kW host machine motor, 25 kW total project power, a heavy-duty 3-tonne structure and an 810 × 710 mm pallet system. It is suitable for commercial block factories requiring versatile production, reliable operation and high daily output.
