Product overview
The NewTech B-Series Crusher Machine is designed for efficient size reduction of brick, concrete waste and other suitable construction materials. Its motor-driven hammer crushing system breaks larger materials into smaller particles that can be reused or processed for construction and concrete block production. The series includes the B-40 and B-55 models. The B-40 is powered by a 10 HP motor and is suitable for moderate crushing requirements, while the heavy-duty B-55 features a 20 HP motor, a larger main shaft and stronger structural components for more demanding operations. Both models operate at 2800 RPM with a 440V power supply and feature 16-inch starting motor and balancing pulleys. Hardened hammer cutters, a strong steel frame and a large feeding hopper support reliable crushing performance and convenient material feeding. The machine is suitable for block factories, construction material processing facilities and recycling operations requiring a dependable material size-reduction solution.
