The QT6-15 Automatic Block Production Line is a heavy-duty concrete block manufacturing solution suitable for medium to large-scale commercial production. It combines 25 MPa hydraulic pressure with a powerful 60–70 kN vibration system to produce strong, uniform and accurately shaped concrete products. The interchangeable mould system allows manufacturers to produce hollow blocks, hollow bricks, solid logo bricks, solid bricks, uni paver blocks, I-shape pavers, grass paving blocks, kerbstones, edging blocks, drainage blocks and road tiles using the same production line. According to the selected mould and product size, the machine can produce up to 1,728 solid bricks per hour. The QT6-15 features a 30 kW host machine motor, approximately 85 kW total project power, a heavy-duty 6.3-tonne structure and a large 1,230 × 920 mm pallet system. It is suitable for commercial concrete product factories requiring flexible mould options, stable production, high vibration force and reliable industrial performance.
