The QT8-15 Automatic Block Production Line is an industrial-grade concrete block manufacturing solution designed for large-scale commercial production. It combines 25 MPa rated hydraulic pressure with a powerful 70–80 kN vibration system to manufacture strong, uniform and accurately shaped concrete products. Its interchangeable mould system enables manufacturers to produce hollow blocks, solid logo bricks, solid bricks, paver blocks, hollow bricks, I-shape pavers, road tiles, kerbstones, edging blocks, drainage blocks and grass paving blocks using the same production line. With a moulding cycle of approximately 15–20 seconds, the QT8-15 can produce up to 8,640 solid bricks per hour or up to 69,120 bricks during an 8-hour production shift, depending on the selected mould, product dimensions, raw materials and operating conditions. The machine features 45 kW host machine power, 115 kW total project power, a heavy-duty 7.5-tonne structure and a large 1,050 × 900 mm pallet system. It is suitable for industrial concrete product factories requiring high production capacity, strong vibration performance and reliable continuous operation.
