The QT4-15 is a high-capacity automatic block production line designed for manufacturing hollow blocks, solid bricks, logo blocks, pavers, road tiles, curbstones, drain blocks and other concrete products. Product overview
The QT4-15 Automatic Block Production Line is a heavy-duty solution for medium to large-scale concrete block manufacturing plants. It combines 21 MPa rated hydraulic pressure with a powerful 40–50 kN vibration system to produce strong, uniform and accurately shaped concrete products. By changing the mould, the machine can manufacture hollow blocks, solid logo blocks, solid bricks, paver blocks, hollow bricks, I-shape pavers, road tiles, curbstones, edging blocks, drain blocks and grass pavers. With a moulding cycle of approximately 15–20 seconds, the QT4-15 can produce up to 4,800 solid bricks per hour, depending on the mould, product size, raw material quality and operating conditions. The machine features 24 kW host machine power, 40 kW total project power, a heavy-duty 5-tonne structure and an 860 × 810 mm pallet system. It is suitable for commercial block factories requiring high output, flexible production and reliable industrial performance.
