QT10-15 Automatic Block Production Line

The QT10-15 is an industrial-grade automatic block production line designed for large-scale manufacturing of hollow blocks, solid bricks, logo bricks, pavers, road tiles, kerbstones, edging blocks, drainage blocks and grass paving blocks. Product overview

The QT10-15 Automatic Block Production Line is a heavy-duty industrial solution developed for high-volume concrete block manufacturing plants. It combines 31 MPa rated hydraulic pressure with a powerful 105–115 kN vibration system to produce strong, dense and accurately shaped concrete products. Its interchangeable mould system allows manufacturers to produce hollow blocks, hollow bricks, solid logo bricks, solid bricks, paver blocks, I-shape pavers, road tiles, kerbstones, edging blocks, drainage blocks and grass paving blocks using the same production line. With a moulding cycle of approximately 15–20 seconds, the QT10-15 can produce up to 10,320 solid bricks per hour or up to 82,560 bricks during an 8-hour production shift, depending on the selected mould, product dimensions, raw materials and operating conditions. The machine features 45 kW host machine power, 125 kW total project power, a heavy-duty 9-tonne structure and a large 1,200 × 900 mm pallet system. It is suitable for large industrial factories requiring continuous production, high vibration performance and dependable long-term operation.
