The QT12-15 Automatic Block Production Line is an industrial-grade concrete block manufacturing solution developed for large-scale commercial production. It combines 31 MPa rated hydraulic pressure with a powerful 105–115 kN vibration system to manufacture strong, dense and accurately shaped concrete products. Its interchangeable mould system allows manufacturers to produce hollow blocks, hollow bricks, solid logo bricks, solid bricks, uni paver blocks, I-shape pavers, road tiles, kerbstones, edging blocks, drainage blocks and grass paving blocks using the same production line. With a moulding cycle of approximately 15–20 seconds, the QT12-15 can produce up to 12,000 solid bricks per hour or up to 96,000 bricks during an 8-hour production shift, depending on the selected mould, product size, raw materials and operating conditions. The machine features 50 kW host machine power, 140 kW total project power, a heavy-duty 11-tonne structure and a large 1,350 × 900 mm pallet system. It is suitable for industrial concrete product factories requiring high production capacity, powerful vibration performance and dependable continuous operation.
