The PF8/12/18-20 Pallet Free Block Machine Series is designed for customers who want a modern, compact and efficient concrete block production system without relying on large numbers of traditional pallets. This production line uses a four-axis, multi-power drive and table vibration system to achieve better moulding performance, shorter cycle time and stable operation. Unlike conventional one-to-one board stacking systems, the PF Series reduces the need for a large pallet investment by using trays and an automatic stacking system. This makes the production line more compact, smoother in operation and more suitable for customers who need high production efficiency with optimized floor-space usage. The complete machine feeding system, walking system and palletizing system adopt proportional hydraulic control for improved running performance. Automatic palletizing also reduces labor intensity and manpower requirements, making the machine highly suitable for factories facing limited space and high labor costs.
