About the Project
Turnkey installation of a QT4-15 hydraulic block machine at a new factory in Savar. The project included civil foundation work, machine installation, hydraulic power unit commissioning, PLC control panel setup, and full operator training. The client went from bare shed to first-block production in under 3 weeks. This factory now produces 8,000+ hollow and solid blocks per shift serving the greater Dhaka construction market.
