Product overview
The NewTech AAC Block Production Line provides an integrated solution for the industrial production of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks and related building products. The production process begins with raw material handling through bucket elevators, dedicated silos and belt conveyors. The lime material is processed through the ball mill and transferred to slurry storage tanks before entering the PLC-controlled batching system. The measured materials are supplied to the high-speed mixing and pouring machine. The intelligent pouring mixer uses a 75 kW motor and cross-impeller mixing system to support rapid and uniform mixing, with an approximately three-minute mixing process. After pouring, the material moves through the moulding, turnover, grouping and precision-cutting stages. The green AAC cakes are then transferred to the steam generation and autoclave systems for controlled curing. The production line also includes real-time slurry density monitoring. The density pipeline measures slurry concentration and sends the data to the central control system, allowing continuous adjustment of the slurry ratio for improved product consistency. After curing, the finished AAC blocks or panels are handled through production conveyors, hoists, clamping devices, wooden pallet conveyors and side-panel roller conveyors.
