Product overview
The Manual Solid Brick Forma with Vibration Motor is designed for simple and cost-effective production of solid concrete bricks. It is suitable for small block and brick factories, startup businesses and construction projects that require a practical manual production system. Concrete mix is first prepared using a concrete mixer and then manually filled into the forma by an operator. The integrated 1 HP vibration motor vibrates and compacts the mixture inside the mould, helping produce properly formed and consistent bricks. Once vibration and compaction are complete, the operator manually lifts the forma, leaving the freshly produced bricks directly on the prepared concrete floor. The simple structure, low operating requirements and easy handling make this forma ideal for small-scale concrete brick production.
